The Updated Amounts of Administrative Fines Under the Personal Data Protection Law for the Year 2025
For the purposes of Article 18 of the Law No. 6698 on the Personal Data Protection Law;
- For those who do not fulfil the obligation to inform provided for in Article 10,
- For those who do not fulfil the obligations related to data security provided for in Article 12,
- For those who do not fulfil the decisions issued by the Board pursuant to Article 15,
- For those who act contrary to the obligations for registry with the Data Controllers’ Registry and for notification provided for in Article 16,
- For those who do not fulfil the notification obligation regarding standard agreement clauses for international data transfer pursuant to Article 9, paragraph 5,
shall be imposed to an administrative fine.
